What the program does

Support for settling, connecting, and moving forward.

ACAO helps newcomers and families understand the systems around them while building the skills and relationships needed for long-term success.

The Settlement and Integration Program assists immigrants and their families to learn about Canada’s systems and services.

We offer opportunities for immigrants to develop language skills, learn about Canada’s labour market, network, develop professional and social networks, and settle into the Ottawa-Gatineau area.

The program connects community members to practical support while helping them feel informed, included, and supported.
