Pathways to Empowerment is ACAO’s core settlement and integration program for newcomers, refugee claimants, and immigrants of African descent.

A practical path into community support.

Pathways supports participants as they navigate life in Canada and build a foundation for long-term success.

The program also serves as an entry point into ACAO’s specialized programs, including employment, housing, youth, and seniors supports.
