To design and deliver culturally responsive, high-quality services in housing, employment, youth empowerment, seniors' welfare, mental health, and economic inclusion
Position ourselves as the umbrella organization serving African Canadians and newcomers facing barriers to housing, settlement, employment, and social inclusion
To make a meaningful impact by improving access to affordable housing, enhancing newcomer settlement, and increasing skills, employment readiness, and community engagement

To help create strong networks of African Canadian associations across Ottawa and Canada, amplifying collective voice and resilience
