The Community Developer role supports ACAO’s newcomer programming, community outreach, and relationship-building work. This role helps connect newcomers and families with relevant programs, strengthens partnerships, supports program coordination, and helps identify community needs. The work supports newcomer integration, community capacity-building, and inclusive access to services.
